Saturday's game is the first of two meetings between the Mystics and Shock.
Last time out, The Washington Mystics lost to the Chicago Sky, 69-57, on May 19th at Verizon Center.
The Mystics were led by forward Crystal Langhorne who scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Langhorne shot 7-for-11 from the field and also dished out two assists in 31 minutes of play.
Mystics forward Monique Currie added 14 points, three rebounds, and two assists. Currie shot 5-for-10 from the field and a perfect 3-for-3 from the free throw line
Last season...The Mystics split the season series with the Shock, 1-1.
