How does the mood and intensity of practice change during the Playoffs?
"I think there's just more attention to detail. When you�re playing a team in the Playoffs, it�s a series so you can focus on their personnel, the sets they like to run and their tendencies a little bit more than you can during the regular season. In the regular season, you�re playing a different team every night and you don�t have much time to prepare."

How do you minimize off-court distractions during the Playoffs?
"I don�t talk on my phone as often. A lot of times, my phone is off or it�s on silent. I just stay (in) -- watch TV or game tape. I rest a lot. I just try to get ready. I tune out the rest of the world and focus on getting my rest and my preparation."

What is the atmosphere like at AT&T Center?
"They've definitely had a good crowd at our games. The city (is) excited about the team. It was loud in there. The city (is) very supportive. We�re going to have to prepare to stay focused because when you�re on the road and another team goes on a run, the fans are going crazy. We just have to prepare mentally to push through."

What advice have you given the rookies about preparation during the Playoffs?
"I haven�t really given them any advice so far. I think they�ve done well all year in their preparation and getting ready as far as off the court. Most of the stuff on the court I�m just trying to help them understand game plans and what we want to do. I also try to help them understand a specific player I have experience playing against. Most of the advice I give is not just because it�s the Playoffs, but it pertains more to our game plan and picking up little tendencies that can help them."
