HOW DO I BOOK A GROUP?

Ordering Your Group is as Easy As…
1. Select the game(s) your group would like to experience and the number of people to attend.
2. Contact the Mercury Group Sales Department at 602-252-WNBA, or send an e-mail to grouptickets@phoenixmercury.com.
3. A $1.00 per ticket deposit is required when placing group ticket requests. You will receive confirmation within 72 hours with the account number and ticket availability for game(s) requested.

Halftime Performance Here’s your chance to take center stage in front of thousands at a Mercury game. Basketball teams, dance/cheer squads and other performance groups get to be the stars! 200 tickets required

Play 'N’ Stay A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for players of all ages and skill levels to have the experience of competing on the official court of the Phoenix Mercury. Teams may play before the Mercury take the court or even after enjoying the game. 150 tickets required

On-Court Recognition There is no better way to recognize an individual or group then by turning the spotlight on them on the Mercury main court. 100 tickets required

Information Distribution Promote your cause by setting up an information booth on the main concourse, front plaza or Bud Light Paseo. 100 tickets required

Pre-game performance Basketball teams, dance/cheer squads and other performance groups can showcase their talents in front of thousands before tip-off! 75 tickets required

National Anthem Choirs, bands or individuals can perform the Star-Spangled Banner prior to tip-off. 50 tickets required

Ball Exchange Up to 10 members of your group can be a part of the player introductions on the court! If you’re lucky you can even receive a WNBA basketball from a Mercury player! This special and unique opportunity is great for teams, scout troops and birthday parties! 50 tickets required

Fan Tunnel Would you like to slap hands with professional WNBA players? Then participate in the fan tunnel and up to 20 members from your group will be on the court giving hi-fives to players as they enter the court before the game or after halftime! 50 tickets required

Pavilion Performance Show the Mercury crowd what your group does best inside the beautiful Casino Arizona Pavilion! 50 tickets required

Early Doors Arrive 30 minutes before doors open and sit ‘front row’ for the pre-game shoot-around. 50 tickets required

Color Guard Present our nations’ flags on the Mercury court for the official pre-game captains’ meeting. 50 tickets required

Honorary Co-Captain of the Game A member of your group can join Mercury players on the court for the official pre-game captains’ meeting. 50 tickets required

Scorch’s Birthday Package Come celebrate your birthday with your favorite mascot! Includes a gift and food certificate for everyone in your party, a special gift for the guest of honor and a pre-game visit from Scorch! 30 tickets required

Tired of candy sales and car washes? The Mercury can help! Let us help you put the FUN in FUN-draising! A great opportunity to raise money for your group or organization while enjoying a fun-filled night with the Mercury! Perfect for schools, churches, leagues, charities etc.

50/50 Contest The 50/50 Contest is a fundraising opportunity helping non-profit organizations raise both awareness and money for their causes. Volunteers sell tickets throughout the arena and at the beginning of the second half, a ticket is drawn and a winning number is announced. The money raised is split by the non-profit organization and the winning ticket holder. (200 tickets required)

‘Keep the Change’ Ticket Sales How does it work? It’s easy! Buy tickets to a Mercury game and sell them for $10 over the face value. All the extra proceeds go directly to your organization. For example, buy 100 tickets at $15 each, sell them for $25 each and you’ve raised $1,000! At least 15 tickets required
