Phoenix Mercury guard Diana Taurasi was named the WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week for the week ending June 16, the league announced. Diana Taurasi scored 26 points and DeWanna Bonner (24 points, 11 rebounds) posted a double-double to help the Mercury beat the Fever 82-67 Saturday for their first win of the season.
