Smith Moves Into Fourth Place on WNBA Scoring Charts

May 22, 2004 — Minnesota guard Katie Smith's layup with 9:31 remaining in the second half of Saturday's win at Sacramento moved her past Jennifer Gillom into fourth place on the WNBA's all-time scoring list. Smith finished the game with 22 points, raising her career total to 2,906 points in 161 games for the Lynx. The WNBA's top 10 career scorers (updated through May 22):
