Lynx Playoff Tickets Now On Sale For Public
The Minnesota Lynx today announced that tickets for the 2012 WNBA Playoffs presented by Boost Mobile will go on sale to the general public today, September 7 at 10 a.m. After winning the 2011 WNBA Championship, the Lynx are a league-best 22-4 this season and hold a four-game lead in the Western Conference over the Los Angeles Sparks. Minnesota has already clinched the fourth playoff berth in franchise history, and has a “magic number” of four to clinch the top seed in the Western Conference.

“The fan support throughout this season has been phenomenal,” said Timberwolves and Lynx President Chris Wright. “Last season’s playoff run was magical, and we’re hoping to create the same type of environment at Target Center again this year. We’re counting on our fans to give us the best home court advantage in the league as we defend our championship.”
Single-game tickets for the Western Conference Semifinals range from $15 ($10 for season ticket holders and $12 for groups of 10 or more) to $190 ($165 for season ticket holders). Playoff strips, which include tickets to all potential postseason home games, are also available for purchase for as low as $124, a discount of as much as 25% from the single-game price.
The schedule for the 2012 WNBA Playoffs will be announced at a later date.
