Lynx at Dream: Finals Game 3 -- October 7
Seimone Augustus scored 16 points and four players scored in double digits as Minnesota beat Atlanta 73-67 Friday night to sweep the series and secure its first WNBA championship. Rebekkah Brunson had 13 points and nine rebounds and Maya Moore chipped in 15 points in the victory.
Lynx vs. Dream: Finals Game 2 -- October 5
Behind Seimone Augustus' 36 points on 11-for-14 shooting, the Lynx rallied in the fourth to drop the Dream 101-95 at home to move within one win of their first WNBA title. Lindsay Whalen, Taj McWilliams-Franklin and Jessica Adair all scored in double figures for Minnesota, which travels to Atlanta for Friday's Game 3.
Lynx vs. Dream: Finals Game 1 -- October 2
Rebekkah Brunson had a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds to lead Minnesota over Atlanta 88-74 in the opener of the WNBA Finals on Sunday. Seimone Augustus scored 22 while Lindsay Whalen added 15.
Lynx vs. Mercury: WCF Game 2 -- September 25
Seimone Augustus was one of six players to score in double digits as the Lynx beat the Mercury 103-86 Sunday in Game 2 to sweep the series. Taj McWilliams-Franklin and Maya Moore each scored 21 points to lead the Lynx, while Lindsay Whalen chipped in 18. Minnesota awaits the winner of the Dream and Fever.
Lynx vs. Mercury: WCF Game 1 -- September 22
Seimone Augustus scored 21 points and Maya Moore added 15 as the Lynx rolled past the Mercury 95-67 in Thursday's Game 1 of the West finals. Rebekkah Brunson added a double-double for Minnesota with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Lynx vs. Silver Stars: Game 3 -- September 20
The Lynx are headed to the conference finals. Seimone Augustus scored 22 points, veteran Taj McWilliams-Franklin had 16 and Maya Moore tallied 14 to lead the Lynx to a 85-67 home win over the Silver Stars on Tuesday night, taking the semifinal series 2-1. Rebekkah Brunson added 15 points and nine boards.
Lynx at Silver Stars: Game 2 -- September 18
Seimone Augustus scored 24 points and Maya Moore added 16 Sunday but the visiting Lynx came up short to the Silver Stars 84-75 in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals. The best-of-three series is even at 1-1, with the deciding Game 3 on Tuesday at home.
Lynx vs. Silver Stars: Game 1 -- September 16
The Minnesota Lynx began their postseason journey with a close 66-65 win over the San Antonio Silver Stars at home Friday night. Lindsay Whalen paced the Lynx with 20 points, five rebounds and five assists. Seimone Augustus added 19 points.
Lynx at Mercury -- September 11
Maya Moore and Seimone Augustus scored 15 points apiece in the Lynx's 96-90 win over the Mercury on the road Sunday evening. Monica Wright also scored 15 points in the season finale. The Lynx begin their playoffs at home against the San Antonio Silver Stars on Friday.
Lynx vs. Sky -- September 8
The Big 3 of Lindsay Whalen, Seimone Augustus, and Maya Moore combined for 58 points in a 78-69 win over the Chicago Sky during the regular season home finale at Target Center.
Lynx at Liberty -- September 4
Minnesota made up for Friday's loss to the Liberty with an 86-68 win over Washington on the road Sunday afternoon. Seimone Augustus was one of five Lynx players to score in double digits with 12 points. Maya Moore scored a game-high 19 points, while Amber Harris came off the bench to score 12.
Lynx vs. Liberty -- September 2
Maya Moore and Seimone Augustus combined for 33 points in Minnesota's 78-62 home loss to the New York Liberty. Rebekkah Brunson pulled down eight boards in the effort. Despite the loss, the Lynx still clinched the best record in the WNBA with an Indiana Fever loss earlier Friday night.
Lynx vs. Mystics -- August 30
Lindsey Whalen notched 21 points and five assists Tuesday night to help the Lynx run past the Mystics 73-56 at home. Jessica Adair came off the bench for 10 points in the sixth straight win for the Lynx.
Lynx at Silver Stars -- August 28
Seimone Augustus scored 20 points and Maya Moore added 19 Sunday afternoon to lead the Lynx past the Silver Stars 72-61 in San Antonio. Rebekkah Brunson grabbed 14 rebounds. The fifth straight win for the Lynx guarantees they will finish first in the West and have home-court advantage in the playoffs.
Lynx vs. Silver Stars -- August 26
The Minnesota Lynx used a 17-1 run to start the fourth quarter and a combined 37 points from Seimone Augustus and Maya Moore to drop the San Antonio Silver Stars 85-75 on Friday night. Lindsay Whalen added 14 points and nine assists.
Lynx at Shock -- August 23
Maya Moore and Minnesota had their hands full with last-place Tulsa, but the Lynx held on for a 78-72 win on the road Tuesday night. Taj McWilliams-Franklin led Minnesota with 18 points, while Lindsay Whalen added 14 and Seimone Augustus chipped in 12. Minnesota hosts San Antonio on Friday night.
Lynx vs. Sparks -- August 20
Minnesota cruised past the Sparks 87-68 Saturday night at home to become the first team to lock up a playoff spot. Seimone Augustus scored 17 points and Monica Wright chipped in 11 to lift the Lynx into the playoffs for the first time since 2004. It was Minnesota's fourth-straight win over L.A.
Lynx at Mystics -- August 18
Seimone Augustus scored a game-high 18 points Thursday night and Maya Moore added 14 on 6-for-8 shooting as the Lynx shot 57 percent from the field to earn an 81-62 road victory over the Mystics. Minnesota next host the Los Angeles Sparks on Saturday night.
Lynx at Sun -- August 16
Lindsay Whalen scored 20 points and Rebekkah Brunson and Seimone Augustus each added 11 but the Lynx came up short to the Sun 108-79 Tuesday night on the road. Off the bench, Charde Houston had nine points and Candice Wiggins tallied seven as the Lynx lost for only to the second time in 10 games.
Lynx vs. Shock -- August 14
Seimone Augustus and the Lynx made quick work of the last-place Shock, rolling to an 82-54 rout Sunday night at home. Augustus led Minnesota with 16 points, Lindsay Whalen scored 12 and Maya Moore chipped in nine as the Lynx improved to a league-best 18-5.
Lynx at Sky -- August 12
Lindsay Whalen scored 16 points led Minnesota's balanced scoring effort and the Lynx held off the Chicago Sky 79-76 Friday night.
Lynx at Mercury -- August 9
Seimone Augustus scored 26 points and rookie Maya Moore added a game-high 28 in Tuesday night's 85-80 road loss to the Mercury. Lindsay Whalen chipped in with 15 points for Minnesota, which saw its impressive win streak snapped at nine games.
Lynx at Sparks -- August 7
The Lynx start off their three-game road trip on the right track by beating the Sparks, 84-78, on Sunday.
Lynx vs. Silver Stars -- August 4
Taj McWilliams-Franklin hit the game-winning shot with seconds remaining to give the Lynx a 62-60 victory over the Silver Stars. Minnesota has now won eight straight games.
Lynx vs. Mercury -- August 2
Seimone Augustus netted 21 points and rookie of the month Maya Moore scored 22 Tuesday night to lead the Western Conference-leading Lynx to a 90-73 win over the visiting Mercury. Taj McWilliams-Franklin and Lindsay Whalen added 11 points apiece in the seventh straight win for the Lynx.
Lynx at Silver Stars -- July 31
Lindsay Whalen hit a mid-range jump-shot with 1.5 seconds to play to lift the Lynx to a nail-bitting, 70-69, victory over San Antonio.
Lynx vs. Storm -- July 29
Candice Wiggins scored 16 points off the bench in the Lynx's big 92-67 victory over the Seattle Storm. The Lynx improved to 12-4 on the season with the victory.
Lynx vs. Sparks -- July 26
Seimone Augustus scored 22 points to help Minnesota beat Los Angeles 85-72 at home Tuesday night for its fourth straight victory. Lindsay Whalen scored 16 points and Taj McWilliams-Franklin added 14.
Lynx at Mercury -- July 20
Seimone Augustus scored a season high-tying 25 points and the Minnesota Lynx pulled away for a 106-98 victory over Phoenix on Wednesday, snapping the Mercury's six-game winning streak.
Lynx vs. Storm -- July 16
The Lynx showed zero signs of fatigue from travel, as the Lynx controlled the Storm for most of the 40 minutes and survived a late Storm rally to win 69-62 at Target Center.
Lynx at Fever -- July 15
Rebekkah Brunson scored 20 points to lead the Lynx to an 80-70 road win over the Fever on Friday night. Maya Moore added 18 points and Lindsay Whalen chipped in with 14 points and seven assists as Minnesota snapped Indiana's seven-game winning streak.
Lynx vs. Mercury -- July 13
Fueled by Diana Taurasi's 27 points, the Phoenix Mercury stole first place and a 112-105 victory over the Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday afternoon. Lindsay Whalen recorded 19 points and 6 assists in the loss.
Lynx vs. Sun -- July 9
Maya Moore finished with a career high 26 points as the Lynx handled the Sun, 90-67, at Target Center to improve to 7-3 on the season.
Lynx at Shock -- June 30
Lindsay Whalen exploded with 21 points in the Lynx's 101-71 road win over the Shock on Thursday. Candice Wiggins scored 18 points and Taj McWilliams-Franklin had 12 points and nine rebounds.
Lynx vs. Fever -- June 26
Maya Moore led the way with 21 points, but the Lynx fell to the Fever at home on Sunday. Lindsay Whalen scored 12 while Taj McWilliams-Franklin tallied 10 points and eight rebounds.
Lynx at Storm -- June 24
Lindsay Whalen scored 10 points in the Lynx' 65-55 road loss against the Storm. Seimone Augustus tallied 17 points and Amber Harris added 11 points and six boards from the bench.
Lynx at Dream -- June 19
The Minnesota Lynx won their fifth straight game after beating the Atlanta Dream, 77-64 on Sunday afternoon. Rebekkah Brunson recorded her sixth straight double-double, tying a WNBA record.
Lynx vs. Dream -- June 17
Seimone Augustus led the way for the Lynx with 25 points as the Lynx beat the Atlanta Dream, 96-85, at Target Center on Friday Night.
Lynx at Storm -- June 9
Rebekkah Brunson scored 22 points and Seimone Augustus added 17 to lead the Lynx to a 81-74 road win over the defending champion Storm on Thursday night. Maya Moore had 14 points.
Lynx vs. Shock -- June 7
The Minnesota Lynx earn back-to-back wins with a 75-65 victory over the Tulsa Shock. Rebekkah Brunson led the way with her third consecutive double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds, while Lindsay Whalen added 16 points.
Lynx vs. Sparks -- June 5
Seimone Augustus scored 17 points and Maya Moore added 16 points Sunday as the Lynx beat the Sparks 86-69 at home. Rebekkah Brunson added 10 points and 15 rebounds to help the Lynx to a 44-28 rebounding edge.
Lynx at Sparks -- June 3
Maya Moore scored 21 points and dished four assists in her WNBA debut, but the Minnesota Lynx fell 82-74 to the Los Angeles Sparks on the road Friday night. Lindsay Whalen added 11 points and five assists in the effort.
Lynx @ Fever (Preseason) -- May 31
The Lynx wrapped up the WNBA preseason schedule with a 76-70 road win over the Indiana Fever. Lindsay Whalen led the way with 12 points, Taj McWilliams-Franklin scored 10 with eight rebounds, and rookie Maya Moore was one of three players with nine points.
Lynx vs. Fever (Preseason) -- May 24
The Minnesota Lynx beat the Indiana Fever in the exhibition opener, 71-66, at the Gangelhoff Center on the campus of Concordia-St. Paul in front of a sold-out crowd. The four Lynx rookies made their debut, as Amber Harris led the way with a double-double.
