Editor’s Note: Throughout the 2013 season, the Lynx Radio Network and LynxBasketball.com will highlight Lynx season ticket members who have been ticket holders for all 15 seasons through a Fan Spotlight series. Look for these interviews, conducted by Cal Soderquist, Kyle Ratke and Mark Remme, to be archived on LynxBasketball.com each Monday during the year. Today’s feature highlights Dianne Star and Carol Bulchuck, two fans who have made plenty of friends throughout the years..

What made you jump on the season ticket bandwagon 15 years ago?

Dianne: Well, I actually had been to a couple of the games when the Fillies were here; the old women's professional basketball league and I've always been supportive of women's professional sports. And when the WNBA started, I got to see a few games that were televised and when I found out that they were coming to Minneapolis, I thought what a wonderful idea so I rushed out and bought a pair of tickets.

What's been the best part of being a season ticket member?

Carol: Well, winning of course, and just the all the Lynx the players. They are such fantastic women. Their spirit is together. They are a team. They play together. We enjoy that a lot.

Would you call the fans a big family?

Dianne: We certainly have met a lot of people that we call friends, just by sitting around them for the years we've been here.

What would you tell someone who was on the fence to get season tickets?

Carol: Come to see a winning team. One of the only winning teams in Minnesota is the Minnesota Lynx.

Have you seen the game evolve over the last 15 years?

Dianne: I think certainly think these women are in better physical shape than they were in the early days. I think it has been a big help that the WNBA has been a strong league. The young girls coming up can see that they have a future if they would like it. The game has gotten faster, more physical. I really, really enjoy it.

Final thoughts?

Carol: Go Lynx!
