Practice Report: Tuesday, Oct. 16
Down 1-0 in their best-of-5 WNBA Finals series against Indiana, the Lynx were back at work on Tuesday looking to avoid dropping two straight games as the Finals continue Wednesday at Target Center.
Practice Report: Friday, Oct. 12
The Lynx officially know they will be playing the Indiana Fever in the WNBA Finals, beginning Sunday at 7 PM at Target Center, and Minnesota began shifting its focus from itself to its Eastern Conference opponent at Friday's practice.
Practice Report: Thursday, Oct. 11
The Minnesota Lynx are watching tonight's Eastern Conference Finals Game 3 between Connecticut and Indiana very closely. Not only will they be watching as fans, but they're closely monitoring which of the two they'll see in the WNBA Finals.

After winning the Western Conference and securing their spot in the WNBA finals for the second consecutive year, the Lynx returned to the practice floor at the Lifetime Fitness Training Center today to begin preparation for the last phase of this year's championship run.

The Lynx took Monday off before returning to the court Tuesday at the LifeTime Fitness Training Center. Coach Cheryl Reeve said rebounding and finishing plays on the defensive end were two high priorities heading into Wednesday's game against Seattle.
Training Camp: Whalen Returns To Her Roots
Lynx guard Lindsay Whalen began her college career calling the University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion home. On Tuesday she'll lead the Lynx back to her old stomping grounds for their preseason game against Chicago.
Training Camp: Defensive Focus
The Lynx focused on transition and help defense during Sunday's practice at LifeTime Fitness Training Center, then gave Taj McWilliams-Franklin a special Mother's Day gift.
Training Camp: Day 10
Veteran forward Taj McWilliams-Franklin gave rookie Devereaux Peters a strong endorsement when the Lynx selected her third overall in April. Now back in camp, Mama Taj is beginning to help nurture the player she hopes will eventually replace her on the Lynx roster.
Training Camp: Day 8
Spanish forward Queralt Casas doesn't speak English, but she's holding her own in Lynx training camp through her craftiness and natural ability on the court. On Sunday, she remained on the roster while Minnesota made three roster cuts.
Training Camp: Day 7
Tavelyn James was a standout at Eastern Michigan, finishing her career with the program's all-time scoring record. After a surprise tribute at her college graduation on Sunday, she left school hoping to make the Lynx roster this training camp.
Training Camp: Day 6
Lindsay Whalen and Seimone Augustus reported to training camp on Friday and immediately raised the intensity level on the floor. Coach Cheryl Reeve said it was great to catch up with the two before quickly getting back to work.
Training Camp: Day 5
Lynx guard Candice Wiggins has grown into a leadership role during her four years in the WNBA, and she's shown it during the team's first week of training camp. Her energy and her guidance has helped lead the way.
Training Camp: Day 4
Forward Maya Moore returned to training camp on Wednesday fresh off winning Spanish and Euro League titles this winter. But her offseason success hasn't changed her approach as she and the Lynx begin their quest for back-to-back WNBA crowns.
Training Camp: Day 3
Guard Erin Thorn signed with the Lynx this offseason with one goal in mind--to win a WNBA championship. She said she's willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen this year in Minnesota.
Training Camp: Day 2
Rookie Julie Wojta became the first UW-Green Bay athlete to be selected in the WNBA Draft because of her offensive skill set and her intangibles on the court. She's putting both on full display during Lynx training camp.
Training Camp: Day 1
The Lynx opened up training camp with 11 of their 18 roster invitees on hand Sunday, and eight of those 11 were new faces to the roster. That gave bench players and those trying to make the roster time to shine.
