Name: Danielle Adams
Position: Power Forward
School: Texas A&M
School Bio: Danielle Adams
One of the nation's leading scorers, Danielle Adams has lifted the Texas A&M program to national prominence this season. Entering the NCAA Tournament, the Aggies own a 27-5 record and the #8 ranking in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. Adams' 22.7 ppg ranks her 1st in the Big 12 Conference and 5th in the nation. Adams seems to play her best in the biggest games, a trait that should serve her well at the next level. At 6-1, she may be a bit undersized in the post, but makes up for that with her ability to shoot from three-point range and put the ball on the floor.
Undersized forward who is an adept scorer and solid rebounder on a very talented A&M squad in a very tough Big 12 Conference.

There may be some questions about where exactly she fits in a lineup at the next level, but people will generally spend a lot of time pondering questions like that when the source can score points the way Adams can. She possesses a soft touch with range extending to the 3-point line and is nimble in small spaces inside, as evidenced by her knack for both collecting offensive rebounds and getting to the free throw line.

Strengths: Soft hands and excellent footwork for big player. Shoots trail '3' for post player. Versatile and highly skilled. Strong finisher around basket.
Weaknesses: Conditioning; playing pace in WNBA an issue. Guarding bigs or smalls? Undersized to guard 5 player but might be able to guard 4 players that don't pick-and-pop.
Intangibles: If conditioned and loses some more weight, will be great "get" for someone who can invest the time in her. Love her offensive skill set. Smart basketball IQ.
