Quote of the Week

"I had some wonderful coaches when I was young who guided me, who had confidence in me and saw a vision that I couldn't see at a young age. I never wanted to accomplish anything from [basketball]. I just wanted to play."
—Lynx forward Lynn Pride. The quote appeared in the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder on June 28, 2001.
