Quote of the Week

"Katie [Smith] had a tremendous year. We really asked a lot of her this year — not only to score for us when we had our injuries, but to defend everyone's best players. I don't know if anybody has asked out of a player what we asked of her this season."
—Lynx head coach Brian Agler. This quote appeared in the Houston Chronicle on Aug. 14, 2001.
