Coach Agler Mailbox Responses
"How can I make my vertical higher and better? If there are any drills or weights I can do to make me jump higher, please let me know! Thanks for your time."
Jessica
Webster, MN
Hi, Jessica! If you talk to your trainer or coach, I'm sure they can
recommend a lot of drills you can do to improve your leg strength. I think
that just practicing your jumping is the best thing. I wouldn't purchase
anything that I'd consider gimmicks. The best way to improve things that are
physical is to practice and train. Put time into it and you will see the
results.

"He should be Father of the Year. He taught me how to change diapers. He's a
very proud father. He loves all that stuff."
Lynx forward Val Whiting-Raymond, about her husband, Joseph. Joseph took paternity leave from his career as a youth counselor last season to join Val and their newborn son in Minnesota.
