WNBA Fact
More than 10 million fans have attended WNBA games in the five-year history
of the league, an average of over 9,000 fans per game. The WNBA attracted
over two million regular-season fans for the first time during the 2000
season. In comparison, it took the NBA 20 seasons to reach that milestone,
and the NFL 19 seasons. The league established its highest attendance mark
in 2001 with over 2.5 million fans. In three seasons, more than 400,000 fans
have attended Minnesota Lynx games at Target Center.

"I play basketball and I was wondering how it feels to play in the WNBA. I've

Hi, Keasha! Playing in the WNBA is a dream come true for me. I really was
wishing that there would be a professional women's league for the longest
time. Now that there is a women's league, I feel blessed to be a part of it.
If you want to play in the WNBA, you have to work on your game every day.
Thanks and have a blessed day.
