Former Lynx guard Grace Daley was the team's highest overall draft pick. She was selected with the fifth overall pick in the 2000 WNBA Draft.

Svetlana Abrosimova was selected seventh in 2001;
Tonya Edwards was selected seventh in 1999;
Betty Lennox was selected sixth in 2000;
Katie Smith was not drafted by the Lynx. The WNBA allocated Smith to the Lynx on May 3, 1999.
