Becky Roloff Becky Roloff is the CEO of the YWCA of Minneapolis, an organization that has served the community for over 115 years. Currently, over 25,000 people annually benefit from the organization through a budget of $16 million and a dedicated staff of 600 full and part-time employees serving in six Minneapolis locations. Formerly, she was the senior vice president of Global Financial Advice and Systems and a member of the senior leadership team at American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) - now Ameriprise - in Minneapolis for 17 years. Before joining American Express in 1988, she was with the Pillsbury Company for 10 years. She began her career there as a commodity buyer and held various leadership roles in purchasing, distribution and marketing. Prior to Pillsbury, she was a grain merchant for Cargill in Amarillo, Texas. Roloff has chaired the Board of Trustees of the College of St. Catherine, The Blake School and the Children's Theatre Company. A long-standing member of the Minnesota Women's Economic Roundtable and the Minnesota Women's Forum, she also serves the Greater Twin Cities United Way as both a member of the Children and Family Committee and the Women's Leadership Council. Her public advocacy board service is dedicated to Ready for K, whose purpose is to ensure all Minnesota children have access to quality pre-kindergarten education. She serves as an outside board director for two organizations: C.H.Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a global provider of multimodal transportation and logistics solutions, and Allina Hospitals and Clinics, one of the region's leading heathcare organizations. Roloff is a graduate of the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She holds an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. |
