In a three-way trade involving Minnesota, Los Angeles and New York, the Lynx today announced that they have acquired the Liberty's 2010 first-round pick, along with the rights to Raffaella Masciadri from the Sparks in exchange for guard Noelle Quinn. Los Angeles receives Quinn, while New York receives Sidney Spencer from the Sparks.

"We're very excited about adding a first-round draft pick and another experienced player to our roster in Raffaella Masciadri," said Lynx Executive Vice President, Roger Griffith. "Masciadri has been to the playoffs in each of her three seasons in the WNBA and is a veteran shooter that has international experience. We are confident in our depth at the point guard position and we wish Noelle the best in Los Angeles."

For her career, Masciadri has connected on 31.2 percent of three-point attempts, including a career-best 41.3 percent in 2005. A legend of Italian women's basketball, Masciadri has competed on the national stage several times for Italy.
