Lynx center Janell Burse was drafted by Minnesota in 2001 after earning AP All-America Honorable Mention honors at Tulane. Burse led the Lynx in games played last season and ranks fifth in team history in blocked shots after two seasons. She has played in Russia, Hungary and Italy during the last two offseasons.
