Lynx Visit Bridging, Inc.

Lynx players Tamika Williams, Vanessa Hayden, Tasha Butts and Michele Van Gorp visited Bridging, Inc. on June 15, helping families in transition to shop for free household items.

Bridging, Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps families turn their empty house or apartment into a home they can be proud of. During the visit to Bridging's 26,000-square foot warehouse in Bloomington, the team helped several families choose beds, sofas, tables, chairs, kitchen items and other household items.

"We are excited about the opportunity to work with Bridging," said Hayden. "As a team we feel that it is important to become involved in the local community. We want to give back to the families and the people of the Twin Cities that continually give us their fan support."
