NY Liberty: Why is your position the best?

Erin Thorn: Because I get to shoot three’s!

NY Liberty: What do you like to do before a game?

Thorn: I carb-load with some pasta and then take a nap for a bit.

NY Liberty: How about after the game?

Thorn: I talk to my family and friends before going to bed

NY Liberty: What was the most thrilling moment of your career?

Thorn: Hitting the game-winner against Detroit last year.

NY Liberty: What’s the best part about playing in Madison Square Garden

Thorn: The Fans!

NY Liberty: How about the best thing about playing for the Liberty?

Thorn: My teammates!

NY Liberty: If you could change one rule in the game, what would it be?

Thorn: That half-court shots would be worth five points.

NY Liberty: If you could take away one skill from a teammate of yours, what would it be?

Thorn:I’d take the quickness of Shameka!

NY Liberty:What is some advice you’d like to give young fans?

Thorn: To never let anyone tell you “you can’t.” Also, to always believe in yourself.

NY Liberty: Name one word that describes your personality on the court.

Thorn: Competitive

NY Liberty: How about one word that describes your off the court?

Thorn: Perfectionist.

NY Liberty: What is a crazy ambition nobody knows about?

Thorn: I’d like to be a back-up dancer for JT, Usher, Chris Brown, Janet Jackson or any other great singer/dancer.

NY Liberty: What would the title of your autobiography be called?

Thorn: “The Thorn-y Side of Life.”

NY Liberty: What song on your iPod would surprise people the most?

Thorn: Gotta Go My Own Way from High School Musical 2.

NY Liberty: Who do you consider to be your role model?

Thorn: My mom!

NY Liberty: What celebrity or athlete would you most like to spend the day hanging out with?

Thorn: Andy Roddick!

NY Liberty: Describe your ideal day.

Thorn: Some hoops, some sun, some food, and some family and friends.

NY Liberty: If you could guest star on one TV show, what would it be?

Thorn: LOST or Heroes

NY Liberty: What’s your favorite activity outside of basketball?

Thorn: Anything outdoors. I gotta work on the tan!

NY Liberty: What’s your favorite meal?

Thorn: A Santa Fe Salad from the Cheesecake Factory.

NY Liberty: What is a non-athletic talent that you have?

Thorn: I’m an okay dancer.

NY Liberty: What’s the best present you ever received?

Thorn: An awesome pink camouflage blanket.

NY Liberty: Finally, where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Thorn: Coaching, or raising a family in Vegas!
