After earning the final post-season berth on the final day of the regular season last summer, New York surprised the league and fans alike with its come from behind entry in a season when no one expected anything great from the young club.
Still wet behind the ears, as the youngest club in the league, this season's Liberty did not want to keep anyone guessing, instead took charge and clinched its ninth Playoff berth in franchise history on September 5 in front of its home crowd at Madison Square Garden.
As the regular season begins to wind down, we're taking a peak at the history books to see what the franchise has done in those previous eight post-season journeys.
