NEW YORK, NY – March 10, 2013 – The New York Liberty will tip-off its 18th season in franchise history with preseason match-ups against Eastern Conference rivals the Connecticut Sun and Atlanta Dream.

The Liberty will start the 2014 season with back-to-back games against the Connecticut Sun, beginning with a road game at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, May 4 at 1 p.m., followed by a home matchup on Thursday, May 8 at 11 a.m. at the completely transformed Madison Square Garden. The game will serve as the Liberty’s annual School Day games with each student in attendance receiving an educational workbook.
