New York Liberty and The Garden of Dreams Foundation Announce Toy Drive

The New York Liberty in partnership with The Garden of Dreams Foundation are working to help brighten the lives of children in the New York metropolitan-area.

On Friday, June 22nd, when New York takes on the San Antonio Silver Stars, the Liberty and the Garden of Dreams Foundation will host a toy drive. The first 500 fans who bring a new, unwrapped toy will receive a New York Liberty pin (one pin per person). Collected toys will be donated to area children's hospitals in the weeks to follow by Liberty players.

Collection bins will be set-up in the mall area when entering The Garden. We hope that all fans will help assist the Liberty in brightening the lives of children with life threatening illnesses in our area.

The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a non profit charity that works closely with all areas of Madison Square Garden, including MSG Entertainment, the Knicks, Rangers, Liberty and MSG Network to "make dreams come true for kids in crisis". Garden of Dreams is partnering with local children's hospitals, "wish" organizations and community-based organizations to build on-going, unforgettable programs for children in the tri-state area who are suffering from devastating illness, homelessness, abuse, hunger, extreme poverty and tragedy.
