First-Ever "Fans Choice Game" To Be Held On Sunday, September 13

New York, NY – August 20 – The New York Liberty will celebrate its loyal fan base as the 2009 regular season comes to a close on the afternoon of Sunday, September 13th by hosting its first ever “Fans Choice Game” in conjunction with “Fan Appreciation Day.” The team will face off against the Washington Mystics at Madison Square Garden at 4:00 p.m.

For the “Fans Choice Game,” fans chose all of the in-arena game elements, including the music played, dance routines performed by the Liberty’s co-ed cheer and dance teams, on-court contests during time-outs and much more.
