Liberty guard Loree Moore will take the court against her former University of Tennessee teammate, Comets center Michelle Snow … These Lady Vols played together during in the 2001-2002 season, when Moore, a freshman, averaged 5.7 ppg, 2.7 rpg and a team-leading 3.91 assists per contest and Snow, capped her senior season as a Naismith College Player of the Year finalist. Reserve guards Ashley Battle (New York) and Barbara Turner (Houston) were team-mates at the University of Connecticut … Liberty rookie guard Shay Doron and Comets forward Mistie Williams squared off in the Maryland-Duke 2006 NCAA national championship game.
