MSG Network and Fox Sports Back On Time Warner

New York, NY - May 9, 2005 - Madison Square Garden Networks and Time Warner Cable have reached a multi-year agreement that immediately returns MSG Network, Fox Sports New York and three Fox Sports digital networks to Time Warner Cable customers in the New York City area and upstate New York.

MSG Network will be covering 11 total Liberty games this summer. The station will deliver road games to New York fans on June 3 and 10; July 2, 21, 22 and 24; and August 27. For those that can not make it to The Garden, MSG will carry the May 22, June 30, July 7 and August 25 home games.

MSG Networks and Time Warner finalized the long-term agreement during an all day session yesterday, with Eliot Spitzer, New York State Attorney General, helping to resolve this matter.

Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed in compliance with the policies of each company.
