THE SKINNY: McCarville appeared in 32 games with a career-high 32 starts, missing two match-ups due to injury. She had 15 10-plus point games (one less than 2008), had four 20-plus point games (four less than 2008) and pulled down five or more rebounds in 19 games (one more than 2008). McCarville finished the season ranked No. 8 in the WNBA in field goal percentage. With her 1.4 blocks per outing, she was the WNBA's ninth leading shot blocker.

ON THE RISE: The veteran center turned in her second-best season in a Liberty uniform, which saw an improvement across four statistical categories from last summer. A career-high .841-percent from the free throw line is up from 2008 and ranked her amongst the WNBA's top 20 free throw shooters.

BREAKOUT GAME: McCarville, with Cathrine Kraayeveld, were the only two Liberty players this summer to collect a season-high 13 rebounds in one game. McCarville's 13 boards came on August 21st in the overtime win over the Sun at Madison Square Garden. With her 22 points, including the game winning basket, she achieved the fourth double-double of her career in that game.
