As the weather transitions into fall and players begin to part ways en route to off-season endeavors, NYLiberty.com is handing in its season homework – a final report, which takes a look back at how each member of the team faired in the franchise's 13th summer. Today’s chapter of the report looks at forward Cathrine Kraayeveld.

THE SKINNY: Kraayeveld appeared in all 34 games, with 26 starts. She posted in double figures 12 times (seven less than 2008) and collected five or more rebounds in 15 games (eight less than 2008). Kraayeveld led the Liberty in scoring twice, rebounds seven times (10 less than last season) and assists once.

ON THE RISE: The fifth year veteran shot her best from long range this season, finishing with a career-high .417-percent. Kraayeveld led the team in three-point shooting for the second time in her life as a pro, the last time was in 2007 (.411). She also wrapped the summer ranked amongst the WNBA's top 10 three-point threats.

BREAKOUT GAME: In her highest scoring game of the season, August 23rd versus Minnesota at The Garden, Kraayeveld poured in 18 points on seven of nine field goal, four of six three-point shooting performance. The win helped New York establish its first two-game win streak in almost 30 days. Just a week later, Kraayeveld collected a season-high 13 rebounds - just one shy of tying her career-high - in the Liberty's win over the Sky.
