The Storm rested All-Star Lauren Jackson and had their four-game winning streak snapped with a 75-65 loss to the San Antonio Silver Stars, who ended a six-game slide with a balanced attack.

The third-place team faces defending champion Sacramento in the first round. The fourth-place team has a date with conference-leading Los Angeles.
LaToya Thomas scored 16 points off the bench for San Antonio (13-20), which had four players in double figures. Vickie Johnson and Agnes Bibrzycka scored 15 points each and rookie Sophia Young added 12.
The Silver Stars were clinging to a 63-60 lead after the Storm's Betty Lennox made two free throws with 5:07 to play. Johnson made a pair of layups and Thomas added a short jumper to build the advantage to 69-60 with 2:54 to go.
The Storm suffered without Jackson, committing 20 turnovers that led to 30 points for the Silver Stars. Lennox scored 17 points and Iziane Castro Marques added 11 for Seattle, who lost two of three meetings with San Antonio this year.
