Tully Bevilaqua had 15 points and Ebony Hoffman finished with 12 for Indiana, which began the season with a franchise-record 4-0 start.
Owning a 45-38 edge at the half, the Fever seized control of the contest with a 15-6 burst to start the third, going ahead 60-44 with 4:22 left in the quarter. They held a double-digit lead thereafter.
Alana Beard scored 18 points for the Mystics, who had their three-game winning streak snapped.
