DeLisha Milton-Jones scored 21 points and Alana Beard added 18 as the Mystics rolled to their third straight win, a 92-68 rout of the Detroit Shock.

The Mystics bolted to a 12-5 lead and opened a 22-12 advantage after one period as Beard and Nikki Teasleyscored seven points apiece. They led by at least seven points thereafter.
An 8-0 burst that featured a technical foul against Shock coach Bill Laimbeer gave Washington a 44-27 lead just before halftime. The Mystics poured it on in the fourth quarter and came up just three points short of their season high.
Swin Cash scored 15 points and Deanna Nolan added 14 for Detroit, which shot under 30 percent (20-of-67) and had a three-game win streak snapped.
