The Mercury are having no trouble scoring but are surrendering points at a record pace. They lost to defending champion Sacramento, 105-78, in their opener and had no answer for Seattle.
Janell Burse scored five of her 14 points in an 11-3 run that closed the first quarter and gave Seattle the lead for good at 27-19.
The Storm widened the advantage to 54-40 at halftime and cruised thereafter. They nearly reached triple digits despite emptying their bench in the fourth quarter and going scoreless for the final four minutes.
Jackson made 13-of-22 shots and 9-of-9 free throws as she eclipsed her previous high of 34 vs. Los Angeles on August 6, 2003.
Wendy Palmer and Betty Lennox scored 10 points apiece for the Storm, who shot 54 percent (37-of-68) and held advantages of 43-24 in rebounds and 54-18 in points in the paint.
