Storm go for fourth straight home victory

SEATTLE (Ticker) -- The Seattle Storm seek their fourth straight
home win when they face the Houston Comets on Tuesday.
The Storm attempt to keep things rolling after cruising to a
90-67 victory over Los Angeles on Sunday. Lauren Jackson scored
23 points on 8-of-11 shooting, grabbed six rebounds and blocked
three shots.
Wendy Palmer added 18 points and 13 boards while Sue Bird
collected 13 points, nine assists and seven steals for the
Storm, which shot 53 percent (29-of-55) overall.
The Comets surprisingly dropped their opener to in-state rival
San Antonio, 79-63, on Sunday. Sheryl Swoopes scored 19 points
on 7-of-10 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. Michelle Snow
added 13 points for Houston, which was outrebounded, 40-24.
