Castro scored a career-high 20 points and Betty Lennox added 18, including four free throws down the stretch, in the Storm's 87-78 victory over the New York Liberty.

The joy of Seattle's third straight win was tempered by the loss of 2003 MVP and All-Star Lauren Jackson, who had to leave the game with 7:16 remaining because of a sprained right ankle.

Trailing 20-17 with 10 1/2 minutes to go before the half, the Storm went on a 26-2 burst with eight different players scoring. All-Star Sue Bird scored five of her eight points during the spurt.

Seattle led 68-44 with just under nine minutes left when the Liberty went on a 20-3 run that was capped by Becky Hammon's 3-pointer with 4:22 remaining. The All-Star guard led New York (8-9) with 18 points.

Reserve center Suzy Batkovic came through for Seattle (11-10) by scoring all seven of her points in the last four minutes to help seal the win.
