Janell Burse scored 18 points and the Storm jumped out to a big lead and cruised to a 76-61 victory over the Detroit Shock.

Seattle, which won for the fifth time in six games, led by as many as 22 in the second half.
The Storm played without point guard Sue Bird, who suffered a broken nose in Tuesday's loss at Connecticut.
Deanna Nolan scored 23 points to lead Detroit, which won the 2003 title. She scored nine points in a 14-3 surge early in the second half, pulling the Shock within 46-36 with 15:55 to play.
Kara Braxton added 15 points for the Shock, who lost for the first time in five games this season. Lauren Jackson scored 15 points and Betty Lennox 13 for Seattle (5-2).
