Smith scored 21 points and came up with a key steal in the closing seconds and Ohlde added 20 points to lead the Lynx to a 62-58 victory over the Comets.

Michelle Snow converted a three-point play with 19 seconds left to pull Houston within 60-58 and Sheryl Swoopes came up with a steal on the ensuing possession to give the Comets a chance at the lead.
Janeth Arcain failed handle a pass from Swoopes just inside the 3-point arc and Smith came up with a steal. The Comets fouled Stacey Lovelace-Tolbert with three seconds to play and she sank both free throws to cap the scoring.
Snow finished with 15 points and Arcain added 13 for Houston.
Minnesota trailed 38-30 with 17:11 remaining before using a 19-4 run over the next nine minutes. Ohlde scored eight points and Smith added seven in the spurt.
