Charlotte's stifling defense held Indiana to a franchise low for points. The Fever, who shot just 27 percent (16-of-59) from the field, also set a franchise low for points in a half with 12 after halftime.

The Fever were held to 45 points on June 6, 2002 vs. Houston and were limited to 18 in the first half against Seattle on June 10, 2003.

Tamika Catchings was the only Fever player in double figures with 15 points as Indiana lost its second straight game. Catchings left with a minute remaining after being elbowed in the head by Sting forward Allison Feaster.

Charlotte used a 20-2 second-half run to build a 55-36 lead with 7:25 to go. Tynesha Lewis scored six of her eight points during the span.

Former Sting player Kelly Miller had seven points in 30 minutes. Miller joined the Fever during the offseason after three seasons with Charlotte.
