SAN ANTONIO, Aug. 7 (Ticker) -- The Sacramento Monarchs placed five players in double figures and shot a team-record 60 percent from the field as they rolled to their most lopsided win of the season, 86-61 over the San Antonio Silver Stars.

DeMya Walker and Ruthie Bolton each scored 13 points and Yolanda Griffith added 12 for Sacramento, which has won five of its last six games. Reserve Kara Lawson chipped in 11 points and Tangela Smith contributed 10.

Walker's free throw just under three minutes into the game put the Monarchs in front for good, 9-8, and sparked a 21-5 run. Bolton had nine points during the burst.

Walker also scored six points in a 12-0 second-half run as Sacramento pulled away.

The Monarchs shot 36-of-60 from the field, including 7-of-12 from the arc, and converted all seven free-throw attempts.

Gwen Jackson was the only in double figures for San Antonio with 15 points. Adrienne Goodson and Semeka Randall added eight apiece, but the Silver Stars shot just 31 percent (21-of-67) en route to its third straight loss.
