CHARLOTTE, June 4 (Ticker) -- Allison Feaster scored 15 of her 21 points in the second half as the Charlotte Sting pulled away for their third straight win, a 67-52 victory over the struggling San Antonio Silver Stars.

Feaster connected on 5-of-8 shots after halftime, including a trio of 3-pointers in a pivotal 13-4 run. The 5-11 Feaster triggered the run with a 3-pointer to put Charlotte ahead for good, 32-29, with 13:59 remaining.

San Antonio managed to get within, 49-46, when Marie Ferdinand drove for a layup with 6:23 to play. Tammy Sutton-Brown responded with a jumper for a 51-46 lead with 4:54 left and the Sting held the Silver Stars without a basket until Gwen Jackson hit a jumper at the buzzer.

Sutton-Brown had 10 points and nine rebounds and Kelly Miller contributed 10 points in 24 minutes off the bench for Charlotte, which held a 33-26 advantage on the boards.

Ferdinand scored 15 points, but was just 3-of-11 from the floor as the Silver Stars lost their fourth straight game since a season-opening win over Seattle.
