Storylines

• The Fever brings a three-game win streak to Seattle to face the Storm for the second time in eight days. Indiana beat Seattle 72-65 on June 17, which is one of only two Storm losses this year.

• Both teams have been hot lately, as the Fever and Storm have each won eight of their last 10 games.

• Indiana will try to do something no other WNBA team has done this season: beat the Storm at home. Seattle is a perfect 7-0 at KeyArena this year.

• The Fever begins its longest road trip of the season at Seattle. After Friday’s matchup with the Storm, Indiana travels to Chicago for a Sunday game against the Sky and then departs the next day for a Tuesday contest at Washington.

• The Fever is currently tied for second in the Eastern Conference at 8-4, while the Storm leads the WNBA with an 11-2 mark. A win at Seattle would pull the Fever to within a half game of the Atlanta Dream for first in the conference.

• The Storm averages 83.3 points per game, while the Fever leads the league in defense, only giving up 71.2 points per game. The 65 points Seattle scored against Indiana is its season low.
