Eastern Conference Finals: Fever Fall to Dream, 2-0

For the third straight season, the Indiana Fever and Atlanta Dream met in the postseason. In 2011, third-seeded Atlanta knocked off top-seeded Indiana in the Eastern Conference Finals, winning the final two games of the series to advance to the WNBA Finals. In 2012, the it was the second-seeded Fever rallying after dropping Game 1, winning two straight to move past the third-seeded Dream in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. This year, Atlanta prevailed in two games to move on to the WNBA Finals.

First Round: Fever Defeat Sky, 2-0

The Fever swept the Chicago Sky, 2-0, to head to their third-straight Eastern Conference Finals. Chicago ran away with the Eastern Conference in the regular season, cruising to the franchise's first-ever postseason berth. But the defending WNBA champions gave the Sky a rude awakening in the first round. In Game 1, the Fever had their best offensive night of the year, as all five starters scored in double figures and Indiana sank 10-of-16 3-pointers in an 85-72 victory. In Game 2, it was the defense that stepped up, limiting Chicago to 30 percent shooting and a season low in points in a 79-57 win.
