Catchings plays corn-hole with fans at the Rally On The Circle.
Fever fans, staff and players rallied in downtown Indianapolis Wednesday to support the highly-anticipated Fever basketball season which begins this Saturday, May 19.

Excited fans gathered in front of Emmis Communications on Monument Circle to play games, win prizes and welcome back yet another player from overseas. Tamika Whitmore made her first appearance with the team since returning from Russia and Poland. Whitmore came out with other prominent players from the Fever to sign autographs and talk to fans. Along with Whitmore were Tamika Catchings, Tan White, Anna DeForge, Ebony Hoffman, Tully Bevilaqua and rookie Alison Bales.

Fans also had the chance to play some basketball with Freddy Fever and spin a prize-wheel for various Fever prizes such as pens, key chains and tickets to games. Catchings even joined some of the fans in playing corn-hole. While playing, fans congratulated Catchings and the rest of the team on their preseason win Tuesday night in Chicago.

The Rally on the Circle is held every year before the team’s first home game. The Fever tips off the season on Saturday, May 19 (7:00 p.m.) against the Minnesota Lynx.
