How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization's auction or raffle?

All donation requests for autographed items must be submitted in writing on your organization's original letterhead indicating the date of your event and how the item will be used (door prize, raffle, auction, etc.). Only non-profit organizations are eligible for donations of merchandise.

How can I obtain a monetary donation for my organization's event?

Requests for monetary donations (such as golf outing hold sponsorships, table sponsorships, etc.) should be submitted to the following:

How far in advance should I send a letter of request?

Due to the volume of requests received, all donation requests must be received in our offices at least six weeks prior to the date of your event.

If I send a basketball or jersey to be autographed, can you have it signed by the team or a player?

Team autograph sessions, which are closed to the public, are held once a month during the Pacers' and Fever season. Only basketballs or jerseys pre-arranged to be autographed will be accepted. Due to the volume of requests received, only non-profit organizations will be considered.

Can I receive more than one item for my event?

In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, only one item will be provided per organization, per season (July 1 June 30). Please note, only non-profit organizations are eligible for a donation.

I live outside of Indiana. Can my organization still receive a donation?

Only non-profit organizations within the State of Indiana are eligible to receive a donation.

How can I request a player appearance at my event/school?

All appearance requests must be submitted in writing on your organization's original letterhead and must include the type/nature of your event, along with the date, time and location of the event, as well as what you would like the player to do (sign autographs, conduct a clinic, etc.). All requests must be received in our office at least six weeks prior to the date of your event.

How can my group receive donated tickets?

Through generous donations from our players and season ticket holders, the Pacers and Fever have a limited number of donated group tickets available for each home game. If your non-profit organization is interested in participating in the Community Ticket Block Program, please visit either Pacers.com or PacersFoundation.org to submit your request. Only non-profit organizations are eligible for a group ticket donation.

Effective September 1, 2009, only online requests will be accepted for the Community Ticket Block Program.

How can I find out if a player will be making an appearance near me?

All player appearances are posted on either Pacers.com or FeverBasketball.com. In addition, during the season, all appearances are mentioned during all Pacers and Fever radio and TV broadcasts.

Can I get shoes donated to me if I wear a size 15-18?

The Pacers have a limited number of shoes that are sizes 15-18 that may be donated to underprivileged individuals. To request a pair of shoes, please contact Richard Smith at (317) 917-2826.
