Eligibility: The WNBA Score a Jersey, Give a Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, & agents of WNBA Enterprises, LLC ("Sponsor"), the Women's National Basketball Association ("WNBA") & its teams, the National Basketball Association ("NBA"), the NBA Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, USA Basketball & each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies & Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”) (collectively, “Released Parties”), & their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law. 

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/16/10 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/1/10 (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of three (3) Entry Periods, as defined below.

How To Participate: During the Promotion Period: 1) Receive one (1) entry when you do one (1) of the following: a) Make an Adidas purchase of $25 or more (excluding sales tax) in one (1) transaction online at WNBAstore.com or at participating WNBA team retail locations within WNBA arenas; b) Make a Spalding purchase of $25 or more (excluding sales tax) in one (1) transaction online at WNBAstore.com or at participating WNBA team retail locations within WNBA arenas; or c) Make a purchase of both Adidas and Spalding merchandise of $25 or more (excluding sales tax) in one (1) transaction online at WNBAstore.com or at participating WNBA team retail locations within WNBA arenas  2) Receive one (1) additional entry if you purchase a WNBA Adidas jersey; or 3) To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase and receive two (2) entries, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (area code included), and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand-printed #10 envelope to: WNBA Score a Jersey, Give a Ticket Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17162, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7162. Enter as often as you wish. Entries must be received in accordance with the mail-in deadlines set forth below to be eligible. No automated, photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries or any other entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are permitted and all such entries will be void. Your purchase and/or your submission of a 3" x 5" mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. 

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, garbled, damaged, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, postage-due, or mutilated entries, purchases, transactions or mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, phones, phone lines, telephone systems or any other connections availability or accessibility or miscommunications; typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether technical, electronic, computer, mechanical, network, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration the of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, purchases or transactions or the announcement of the prizes. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable 3”x 5” mail entry or, for the purchase entry method (#1. above), the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of purchase provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.  

Winner Selection/Entry Periods/Prizes: For each Entry Period listed below, one (1) winner will be selected in individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period with the exception of Entry Period 2 where six (6) winners will be selected in individual random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period.  Drawings will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail.  Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.  Limit one (1) prize per person, per email address, and per family or household.  Entries received during one Entry Period will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period drawings.  Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the Entry Periods and Winner Selection dates outlined below. Each Entry Period will begin at 12:00:01AM ET and end at 11:59:59PM ET on the specified start and end dates:

Actual value of trip prizes will vary depending on winners’ cities of departure.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of the designated game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.  Travel & hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip(s) must be taken on dates & times designated by Sponsor or prize(s) will be forfeited in its entirety & prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting. Winners & their respective guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of the respective winner.   For Entry Periods 1 & 2, if any prize events are canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) & Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor & no additional compensation prize will be awarded to winner in such event.  Exact seat locations at game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. For Entry Period 3,  exact nature and duration of activities surrounding delivery of the Gift Card shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Shopping spree shall be awarded as WNBA Gift Card. Gift Card subject to certain terms and conditions.  Restrictions may apply. Total ARV of all prizes=$23,000. All prizes are awarded as part of the Shopping Spree are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied from Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided (including luggage fees, meals, additional ground transportation, gratuities, souvenirs and any costs associated IRS Form 1099-MISC submission as required by law) are winners’ sole responsibility. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. For Entry Periods 1 & 2, winners’ guests will also be required to execute & return a Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release prior to prize award and prior to issuance of travel documents.  If any guest is a minor, winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize for the drawing at issue to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to otherwise contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue. Trip prize winners attending WNBA events and their guest(s) also agree to comply with all WNBA rules, regulations, and directions relating to attendance at WNBA sanctioned events and/or other activities and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such event.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of WNBA.com, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated entries; and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the Entry Period(s)/drawing(s) at issue from among eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Period(s)/drawing(s) as of the date of the event requiring such termination.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name on WNBA.com and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; 2.) Released Parties shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or prize activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
