The former 2001 first round pick by the Shock put up her second-best career averages in scoring (13.8 ppg), rebounding (4.5 rpg) and assists (3.6 apg). This comes on the heels of her stellar 2005 season, when she posted career-highs in scoring, rebounding and assists and was selected to the First Team All-WNBA .
Last week, the three-time All-Star led the Shock to a 2-2 record on their way to clinching the second seed over the Indiana Fever while averaging 18.8 points, 3.25 rebounds and 3.5 assists. Nolan put up her best numbers of the week when she scored 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 26 minutes to lead the Shock past the Sky in an 82-48 blowout on Thursday.
Among overall league ranks, Nolan finished the season ranked No. 10 in assists per game (3.6 apg), No. 5 in minutes played (1088), and No. 13 in points per game (13.8 ppg). She also ranked No. 14 in field goals made with 172 and No. 19 in three-point field goals made with 39.
During her six-year WNBA career, the former University of Georgia star has averaged 12.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists. In 13 career playoff games, Nolan has averaged 16.5 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
