TAMIKA CATCHINGS:

What are your predictions for the second half of the season?
"We’ve had a great start for the Fever and we want to keep it rolling. The second half of the season is always tougher than the first half with players coming in so late, sometimes it takes a little bit longer for teams to gel. I think the second half hopefully after the All-Star break as far as my team, everyone will come back focused and ready to get the second half going."

What does your team need to do down the stretch to reach the playoffs and go even further?
"Our goal is the championship. The biggest thing is just continuing to play together, every single day that we practice, every single day that we play a game; just putting the pieces together. Obviously, we’ve had a great start and we’re very excited about that, but I think we’ve only kind of touched the potential of this team and where we can go. I think that will be the key for us not only to make the playoffs, but to win the championship."

ANNA DEFORGE:

What are your predictions for the second half of the season for the Fever?
“We’re just gonna build upon what we started in the first half and we hope to finish with the best record in the league.”

What are your predictions for the second half of the season for yourself?
“Just to continue doing what I’m doing. Everybody has a role on our team and everybody has accepted their role and grasped it. That’s just we have to continue to do, to see the bigger picture and that’s the championship.”

What does your team need to do down the stretch to reach the playoffs and go even further?
“We need to keep winning ball games, obviously. We need to take care of home court. We still have some growing to do, which is a good thing. We have a lot of new players on our team. What we’ve done so far is great, but we’re not satisfied. We need to focus a little bit better for 40 minutes during a game and just take it game by game. Hopefully in August we’ll be playing our best ball.”

TAMMY SUTTON-BROWN:

What are your predictions for the second half of the season?
"Predictions are hard. We’re playing well right now in Indiana. This break is good and hopefully we’ll continue rolling and hopefully win the championship."

What does your team need to do down the stretch to reach the playoffs and go even further?
"We just have to continuing to do what we’ve been doing. We need to remain defensive-minded and continue to have trust in each and every person on our team, 12 deep. We have to keep working and fine tuning what we already have established and take it to the next level."
