Catchings is the second-fastest to pass 1,000 career points.

During Indiana's July 26 game against the Minnesota Lynx, Catchings reached/passed 1,000 points for her career.
Catchings, who is averaging 19.1 points per game on the season, scored 20 points in the Fever's 70-65 loss to bring her career scoring total to 1,015 points, and in so doing became the second-fastest in WNBA history to reach the 1,000-point milestone.
Catchings and the Fever return to action on Tuesday, July 29 when they face the Mystics in Washington. The Fever currently rank third in the Eastern Conference as they look to make the playoffs for the second year in a row.
