Lieberman was an original member of the Phoenix Mercury in 1997 and a former general manager and head coach of the Detroit Shock. Today, she serves as a studio host and broadcaster for ESPN and ABC, covering WNBA games and the Women's NCAA championships. She also coaches young women basketball camps in Dallas and Detroit, during the summers.
