The Street Team is a community-owned initiative centered around the Atlanta Dream and built on the foundations of awareness, promotions and crowd building to promote the Atlanta Dream on a grassroots level through developmental programs such as camps, clinics and other events that stress the fundamentals of the team in the community.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Suggest and develop positive and prosperous arenas/events to promote the Atlanta Dream.
- Encourage the community to support the Atlanta Dream by way of donating or purchasing tickets for the 2012 season.
- Interact with fans and provide them with an unforgettable experience.
- Participate in pre-game and in-game activities.
- Greet fans as they enter and exit the venue.
- Participate in live promotions and prize giveaways.
- Represent the Atlanta Dream and serve as representatives for the team.
SPECIFIC SKILL SETS / INTANGIBLES TO PURSUE:
- Comfortable performing in front of large crowds.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
- Reliable, punctual and courteous.
- Good listening skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally.
- Ability to work odd hours including evenings, weekends and possible holidays.
