AUDITION INFORMATION | 2013 CHEER APPLICATION | PREP CLASS INFORMATION

The Shooting Stars are a diverse group of cheerleaders and dancers, who perform at all Atlanta Dream home games throughout the season. Please see below for information on 2013 Shooting Stars tryouts! ROUND 1 AUDITIONS
Date: Sunday, March 24, 2013
Time: Registration begins at 9:45am and auditions begin promptly at 12:00pm
Location: Concourse Athletic Club (8 Concourse Parkway NE, Atlanta GA 30328-5345)

WHAT TO BRING

  • Valid State-Issued ID
  • $25.00 Non-Refundable Registration Fee (cash or money order only)
  • Wear comfortable dance/cheer attire (Fitted t-shirt/tank top and shorts/pants for males; tank top, sports bra, dance trunks, tights and tennis/jazz shoes for females)
  • Atlanta Dream Cheer Team Application & Dance/Cheer or Professional Resume
  • Current 4x6 photo (non-returnable)
  • Please bring a light lunch, water bottles, snacks and towel

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A diverse group of female and male cheerleaders and/or dancers, ages 18 and up
  • GED or high school diploma
  • Previous dance or cheerleading experience
  • Tumbling skills are a bonus
  • Must be able to commit to the practices, Atlanta Dream home games, playoffs, community appearances and other scheduled events

    INTERVIEWS
    Date: Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26, 2013
    Time: 4:00pm to 7:00pm (Will sign up for a specific interview time and date after Round 1)
    Location: Atlanta Dream Corporate Offices (225 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 2400, Atlanta, GA 30303)

    FINALS AUDITION PREP CLASSES
    Date: Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26, 2013
    Time: 7:45pm to 10:00pm
    Location: Concourse Athletic Club (8 Concourse Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA 30328)

    FINAL AUDITION
    Date: Thursday, March 28, 2013
    Time: 6:30pm to 10:00pm
    Location: Hard Rock Cafe - Velvet Underground (215 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30303)
